What does Sunlight Technology Solar do?
We provide solar planning, equipment selection, installation and after-sales assistance for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Our services include on-grid, hybrid and off-grid system discussions based on site requirements.
Where is your office, and which areas do you serve?
Our office is Suite D-02, 4th Floor, Descon Plaza, Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan. We support projects across Pakistan; contact the team to confirm assessment, installation and after-sales arrangements for your site.
What are your opening hours?
Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
Which company credentials can I review?
Our certificates page publishes PEC constructor/operator licence No. 98072, category C6, with a displayed validity of 30 June 2027, SECP incorporation, FBR, PRA, Sindh Revenue Board and trade mark documents. Each record has its own scope; ask which credentials apply to your proposed work.
How do I request a solar quotation?
Share your city, property type, recent electricity-use information and backup priorities. Use our contact page or the project brief on the homepage. The homepage form opens a message in WhatsApp for you to review and send.
Do you publish a fixed package price?
The final offer depends on equipment, site conditions, required work and support scope. Request a current written quotation with exact models, inclusions, exclusions, tax treatment and a validity period.
What should a quotation include?
Check panels, inverter, optional battery storage, mounting, protection, cabling, commissioning and handover. Ask separately about any building modifications, utility-related work, payment milestones and warranty arrangements.
Will solar keep everything running during an outage?
That depends on the installed arrangement. A conventional on-grid inverter normally relies on the grid. A suitable backup design needs supported inverter functions, selected circuits and any required storage. Confirm load and runtime limits before relying on it.
Can you help with a grid-connection application?
Discuss assistance as part of the written project scope. Eligibility, documents, installer requirements, approvals and billing arrangements follow the current rules of the relevant utility and authorities. Approval is not automatic when panels are installed.
How long will installation take?
The schedule depends on the site, equipment availability, agreed work and any connection process. Request a project-specific installation and handover schedule; utility approvals follow a separate process.
What monitoring and after-sales support is available?
Monitoring functions depend on the equipment and configuration supplied. Ask which data, app access and support arrangements are included. We provide after-sales assistance, with the service scope and warranty responsibilities confirmed for each installation.
