After-sales clarity

Warranty and solar system support

Before and after installation

Know what your proposal covers

Sunlight Technology Solar provides installation and after-sales assistance. Product warranties, installation responsibilities and ongoing services should each be explained in your project documents. Use this page to prepare your questions and contact the team about your installation.

Product warranties

Ask for the manufacturer warranty documents for the exact panels, inverter and battery models in your quotation.

  • Warranty period and covered conditions
  • Claim contact and required evidence
  • Any transport, removal or replacement labour arrangements

Installation responsibilities

Ask for the workmanship terms and the agreed installation scope in writing, alongside your equipment schedule.

  • Work included and any exclusions
  • Handover and commissioning records to be supplied
  • How an installation concern should be reported

Maintenance and support

Confirm the service arrangements that apply to your property and equipment.

  • Included visits, monitoring or maintenance
  • Location coverage and scheduling
  • Any charges or work requiring a separate quotation
Your written project terms matter.

Coverage, durations and service arrangements depend on the selected equipment and agreed scope. Ask the team to confirm them before proceeding. Keep the final quotation, invoices, model details and warranty records together.

How to request assistance

A clear description helps the team understand the issue and discuss the appropriate next step.

Prepare a short issue record

Share your project or invoice reference, equipment model, the exact alert or observed issue, when it began and any recent changes at the property. For a monitoring issue, include the displayed date range and last update time.

Confirm the next step

Ask whether further information or a site visit is needed and confirm any charges under the applicable support arrangements. For sites outside Karachi, provide the location so the team can discuss attendance and coverage.

Use photographs taken from an existing safe position. Leave electrical inspection, enclosure access and changes to equipment settings to appropriately qualified personnel.

Keep your records usable

What to retain after handover

Keep the supplied equipment list and serial details, purchase and installation records, warranty documents, operating instructions, available commissioning records and the contact responsible for your service request. Update this folder when a component is replaced or the system is modified.
