An equipment checklist helps verify that a quotation identifies a compatible system. Use it to raise clear questions with the supplier; the final electrical and mechanical design still belongs with appropriately qualified professionals.
Check the exact module and inverter models
Record module wattage, dimensions and relevant electrical characteristics. Identify inverter output, PV input limits, phase arrangement and the functions needed at the property. A model description such as hybrid is not enough to prove that the supplied arrangement supports every intended backup load.
Verify battery energy, power and compatibility
Ask for usable energy and allowable output under the selected operating conditions. Confirm compatibility for the exact battery and inverter combination, including applicable communication or firmware requirements. An inverter and battery sharing a nominal voltage are not automatically a supported pair.
Include the installed work and support
Check mounting, cables, electrical protection, monitoring, commissioning and labour in the scope. Identify exclusions rather than assuming they are hidden or included. Obtain product and workmanship terms separately, and request a final equipment schedule with serial records at handover. Any substitution should be reviewed against the complete design.

Is matching advertised power enough to approve replacement equipment?
No. Electrical limits, supported functions, dimensions and compatibility can differ between products.
